Anyone know why traffic is not crossing? I've had two workers call stuck in traffic on the Solomons side.

there was a car accident. at the base of the bridge on the stmarys side the baynet has something up about it.

Also a stalled car in the center lane in front of San Souci. 2nd time this week.
