Calvert's loss was St. Mary's gain! No traffic on 235 Southbound to the base.
Technically, I think it was Calvert's gain and St. Mary's loss.
And it was still a cluster#### just outside the GMR gate.
I just enjoyed the flow of traffic today, never bothered to wonder why. Now I wonder why GMR was hosed up. I can understand when Gate 1 is backed up people will bypass and go to GMR, but today?

I really overslept this morning but still managed to get down here just a few minutes later than normal. The recent backups have added at least 1/2 hour to my morning commute but I was amazed at the relative lack of traffic going in Gate 1 today! Sad to hear it may have just been a fluke due to the bridge backup. I took a job down here to avoid the suburban DC traffic mess but it looks like it found me.
