Rte 5 and GMR

So what was going on this morning? ~ 9am. I get there and the intersection is blocked, a ladder truck is next to the liquor store/apartments across from SHEETS, a guy in shorts and t-shirt is putting a ladder up to on of the windows in front, 2 emergency SUVs, 3 cop cars and no sign of smoke or flame. I get around by turning onto GMR and going behind SHEETS. As I go up more firetrucks and ambulances go by. Nothing on BayNet, maybe you scanner watchers have a clue.
