CHICAGO—A federal jury has found ex-Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich guilty of one count of lying to federal agents.

The jury was unable to reach a decision on the other 23 counts against Mr. Blagojevich and his brother. The judge said he planned to call a mistrial on the remaining counts, and U.S. attorneys said they planned to retry the case "as quickly as possible."

Tuesday was the 14th day of deliberations. Jurors had asked earlier in the day for advice on filling out their verdict forms, suggesting they were nearing the end of deliberations. They also asked for a copy of the oath they took before deliberating.

I kinda think the U.S. Attorneys are full of it saying they will retry Blago.

They got him on a small enough conviction that they can say they won and a new trial will go thru the same crap and maybe a new Judge will let Blago call some more witnesses, that dont want to be heard. With this trial Blago will probably not appeal and take one for the ni---pper

People like Rahm and Obama.

This one will quietly go away now I believe.
