Professional press lacks sense of humor

WUSA9 reporting on this as serious news. Then they become defensive about anyone from out of town bad mouthing D.C. Can't wait to see if CBS and NBC cover this as a real "You Tea Party Folks better not come to D.C. this Saturday." story.

I personally dont like DC but that is downright funny.
in all my time traveling around that city, and it was extensive, I only felt as though I might be in the wrong place when I was in SE DC. everywhere else was perfectly fine.

My experience was not nearly as extensive, since I only ever visited and never worked there or anything, but have to say I agree.


I most like the article's last point: protesting in front of Pelosi's and Daschle's homes, made to seem like such an act would be shameful and stupid. (Well, maybe somewhat stupid, given that Pelosi and Daschle couldn't give one iota of concern for what citizens really want... but it's certainly not shameful.)
