I read some where that Brown had hired a felon to ride along with him while paying off the victims. Since he's a partner of Mattingly, wouldn't that mean Mattingly hired criminals?

Are you referring to the Felon that was already in jail that Fritz promised not to charge with murder if he would lie about Mattingly's involvement in the witness tampering charge that was dropped.

I don't think that's true.
I read somewhere fritz made up the whole case against mattingly cause he knew he couldn't beat him in the election, unless he abused his powers and tried to have him locked up before the election.
I also read, fritz's plan didn't work as the case was moved to a special prosecutor and that prosecutor believed mattingly's version of the story over fritz's. Does that mean the current SA is a criminal?
