True. (Why does the date on his profile say 2002 and not 2000?) Seems like almost every avowed Democrat here ends up going away after a while. Remember Dems4me and Jimmy? And McNeil's column only lasted one installment, I think.

You're right - 2002. I couldn't remember if he came on for the Bush/Gore election or the KKT/Ehrlich one.

As to why the Democrats go away, I always assume it's because it's easier to just hang out with other Democrats rather than have to think too much and defend your position.

Tim McNeil's column went away because there was no such person as Tim McNeil - he was a fraud. We were specific that columnists couldn't write under a pseudonym. He thought we were kidding.

What's different about smcdem than some of the liberal tards on this forum is for the most part, you can understand what he's typing.
