Jarboe has been a Ken Rossignol hand puppet for so long that he really doesn't have any original ideas or real solutions to real problems. He's a one-man party of NO. Instead of trying to build consensus with other public leaders and officials, he has alienated everyone he disagrees with. He cannot be expected to be able to work effectively with ANY of the other commissioner candidates, delegate candidates, or senator candidates regardless of who is elected.

Why wouldn't this guy show? Seems most of the others did. His record seems to indicate he does not in favor of any police related budget. Public safety in St. Mary's is only going to get more expensive as the county grows (Pax River) and crime from Charles, PG will inevitably follow.
The commissioners can either grow slow or stick the head in the sand.

I watched that whole stupid video. Basically what it said is an order was issued by the court, he paid what was in the order, agreed to pay half of college tuition after she attended college, but was never pursued to pay that bill. Where does he become a deadbeat if he is paying the bills he is given?

Richard Fritz a successful lawyer does nothng to care for his daughter for 16 yrs. Fritz is forced into court twice before he pays up. Fritz is a deadbeat dad. He still owes his daughter money. He's stolen enough of ours to pay the girl what he owes her. Why doesn't he?
So now we've got a deadbeat convicted sex offender for a States Attorney.
Did Fritz ever hear of leading by example?
Only here could somebody do the things Fritz has done and get elected to office
