Weather Alert: Federal employees may leave early due to snow

Federal government offices in Washington are open, but employees who must leave due to the inclement weather may do so, the Office of Personnel Management says.
Employees have the option of leaving early with unscheduled leave or the option of going home and teleworking, OPM said in a statement.
Driving conditions around the region are deteriorating as snow moves across Washington, and transit users may expect some impact on public transportation.
The Post's Capital Weather Gang predicts that the area will see accumulations of up to two inches as the snow continues through the day.
