Water Out in Ranch Club

My water is out, the phone number to the Chesapeake Water answers and hangs up. Anyone know anything?

We have water but pressure is EXTREMELY low. I heard there may be a water main break somewhere, not sure though. There is definatley something going on!

Car took out a hydrant on Algonquin Trail. Road is blocked and you have to use Algonquin Ct to get around it.
