Throwing the deuces
Deer chunks in the center and right lanes of NB Rt 4 between Dowerhouse and Suitland Pkwy. Cops were there as of 4:50am but were parked AFTER the chunks instead of blocking the right lane (where the majority of the deer laid) before cars came up on it. Hopefully they will get it cleaned up before most of you come through on your way to work.
