When you write article after article, declaring Conservatives to be "Nut Jobs" for daring to suggest the Democrats Health Care Reform would result in Death Panels; then 6 months later, after the bill has passed, to declare that Obama should get over it and start talking the necessary measures of the Death Panels. That pretty much cements you as a Political Whore that will say anything, no matter how out landish or hyperbolic, just to try to manipulate people into making an emotional choice your way.
