There was a sign board on the Calvert side. I think it goes until 2PM.

They're raising the height of the side-walls to protect the Tiki Bar opening drunks on their way back home here to St. Marys.

Well, I haven't been in that area for several weeks. In fact, I haven't crossed that bridge in at least a month. Thus, I wouldn't have seen a sign. I recall in the past there was an announcement on this web site and other places. Perhaps I missed them, however unlikely.
