Maryland's crabbing season opens Friday

"CRISFIELD, Md. (AP) - Another sign that spring is here is the opening of Maryland's crab season.

Friday is the first day of the season and watermen are waiting for the results of the annual winter dredge survey to see if harvest restrictions will be eased. Last year's survey showed a rebound in the population that followed limits put in place the year before because of dropping crab numbers."

Well that means certain guys need to stay away from certain ladies now

You can't catch a lot of crabs close by the boat docks and spots like that anymore, dam tiny ones. Several years back after a few hours I had good size ones, now you have to go out on a boat to get a decent few hours catch.
