Congress finally repeals the reporting requirement

The Senate today voted 87-12 to pass H.R. 4, which, among other things, repeals the reporting requirements included in the PPACA and referred to here.

The House has already voted in favor of the bill, so President Obama's signature will effectively repeal those new reporting requirements.
