Local Movers/Moving Companies

Any company that you would recommend? Any to stay away from?

We're planning to do a local move within the next 3 months. We're moving within our neighborhood, so we're talking 1-2 blocks. We just want our stuff moved from one house to the other, no packing or unpacking.

Any idea of rates?
