He must - everyone ought to know by now that Weekly World News is NOT like the National Enquirer - it's a *parody*. The whole paper is *intended* to be FUNNY. I used to subscribe for years. Once a week, I about died laughing at some of the stuff.

President Bush has headed off an impending war with China and has brought the once-mighty communist superpower to its knees -- by buying the world's entire supply of chopsticks!

I would say even Bush wouldn't do something like this but the way he's been doling out money lately....
