Guessing several new bowling alleys are underway up there, too. Huge project that has fallen behind and is likely over budget. Personally, I don't think they're going to make it by the May 21st opening ceremony, but who knows?

I didn't know about a new SAIC building down that way, but it wouldn't surprise me if there was one that was behind and over budget.
