Solomons Bridge- Broken Down Vehicle

Just got a news flash at work, ***There is a vehicle with mechanical difficulties stranded on the Solomons bridge NORTHBOUND into Calvert County. The delay is expected to be an hour or so from now. **** REALLY??? if state highway knows this....and police know this...at 3pm... a tow-truck cant be up there in the next 15 minutes to get it out of the way??? good grief
