The Richard R. Clark Senior Center in La Plata will host Grandparents Day on Thursday, August 11, at 10:30 a.m. Young and old alike…come enjoy the antics of Jingo the Clown!
The carnival-themed Grandparents Day event will have entertainment, crafts, prizes, cotton candy, pizza, and more. This Kid Phaze production hosts fantasy, slapstick comedy, juggling, magic, dynamic street dancing, theatrical skits accompanied by music and singing, which touches upon the realness of human emotion, imagination, and life experiences. The show is full of unexpected surprises that will keep you guessing. Jingo's performances are guaranteed to inspire. This event is an annual favorite, do not miss it! Cost is $6 per person (free for children age two and under, in baby carriage with no purchased lunch).
