Kids Halloween Party!

The 3rd District Optimist Club is having a Kids Halloween party on Oct 29th at the Fairgrounds from 5-7pm. There will be a costume contest, coloring and crafts, games,prizes and food... ages are 0-12.. Any other questions fire away!
