Charles County Commissioner President Candice Quinn Kelly will host a "Farmers First" meeting on Tuesday, November 22, at 7 p.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room located in the County Government Building (200 Baltimore Street, La Plata). The purpose of the meeting is to get input from Charles County farmers about issues related to their property. Interested citizens are welcome to attend.
Items for discussion include the Charles County Comprehensive Plan, Purchase of Development Rights (PDRs), and Transfer of Development Rights (TDRs).
