I am hoping that someone can help me out with this, I remember a couple of years ago reading something on here about "adopting" a wounded soldier from Walter Reed to spend Christmas with you. My wife and I talked about it, and we would love to participate in this endeavor for many reasons, because it is the right thing to do.
With that being said, I know Walter Reed has closed, and the wounded soldiers have been moved to Bethesda, and Northern VA, but does anyone know off hand where I can find additional information about this program? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
