Dale City man charged with cutting car brake line

DALE CITY, Va. --

A Dale City man is accused of cutting the brake line on a woman’s car, endangering her life as well as the life of a 2-year-old boy.

Kevin Christian Reilly, of 14063 Fallbrook Lane, is charged with vehicle tampering, destruction of property and two counts of attempted malicious wounding, Prince William County police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
