Charles County Commissioner President Candice Quinn Kelly invites the public to attend one of several Community Gatherings she will be convening in various locations throughout the county. The purpose of the Community Gatherings is to discuss the fiscal 2011 Annual Report to the Citizens of Charles County. At each meeting, Commissioner Kelly will take questions from those in attendance, and discuss any items of importance to the citizens and the community.
