Loud explosion in Lusby

Did anyone else hear and or see that explosion in Lusby last night. It happened around 6pm? We live on Brian's way and the sound shook the house and there was an orange flash in the sky

Yep, happens about once a week around here. Sometimes my lights go out and a second or two later..BOOM! I thought they were fuses though.
