Arrest / Theft:
On 03/12/04 at 1644 hours DFC David L. Corcoran arrested a 13 year old male from California and charged him with one (1) count of Theft Under $500.00 pursuant to an ongoing investigation.
The arrested juvenile stole a "Grand Theft Auto - Vice City" video game from Blockbuster Video, California, in 12/22/03. The juvenile was released to a parent.
