A FAST-FOOD worker made a young woman with an eating disorder give him sexual favours to pay for food she had stolen, a court has been told.

Avikash Abhay Singh was working in his family's Noodle Box takeaway at Mt Gravatt in May 2011 when the 21-year-old woman approached him to apologise and offer to pay for food she had taken earlier that day, Brisbane's District Court was told today.

The court heard Noodle Box was one of several stores the woman had targeted for free meals - on one occasion claiming she had received food with hair in it.


She said Singh, 24, threatened to call the police if she didn't have sex with him as payment for the food, telling her she had committed fraud and could go to jail for stealing two dim sims.
