San Antonio theater "almost" shootout

In case you missed it (I just heard about it today on local radio). This was not covered by big news.

A recent breakup set off a shooting spree that ended with a man wounded at a South Side movie theater before the suspect was shot by an off-duty deputy, authorities said Monday.

Once again, stopping a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy (gal) with a gun.

The bad guy was 19, with a Glock handgun... of which he probably obtained illegaly because you have to be 21 to buy a handgun (fed law). Even if it was gifted to him legally (18 in TX i believe), it cannot leave private property, IIRC.
