Okay, I'll be serious. POWSA was pretty active during the fight against further development in the neighborhood. They've had some "kids days" at the pier and do a good job of collecting from everyone to pay for the mosquito spray truck that rolls through several times during the summer.
Other than that, there isn't a lot of enforcement in terms of nonoperational cars in driveways or particular grass height or things of that nature. As long as you're considerate of your neighbors and keep up your property, you'll never see a POWSA member coming by to yell at you about HOA rules.
