FRONTENAC, Kansas (AP) -- Rumbles of thunder and heavy rains were replaced by the rumbles of hundreds of motorcycles and a sprinkling of holy water.

Leading the gang and wearing riding boots beneath his vestments was the Rev. Robert McElwee, who offered prayer during the annual Blessing of the Bikes in downtown Frontenac.

All Fixed!

Speaking of bikes and stuff.

Does anyone know what the f'ing deal was down at Cryers Back Roads Inn yesterday?

There were about 1-200 bikers, and about 6-700 cops. You couldn't swing a cat around by the tail without hitting a cop and a biker - not that you'd want to accidentally hit either one.

Did I just miss the tail-end of a riot or something?
