Open today? St Andrews landfill

Anyone know if St Andrews landfill (not transfer station) is open today? I'm doubtful given its a holiday, but I have a load on construction trash that I need to get out of the way ASAP and have not been able to locate a phone # for the landfill. When I call the county govt number all I get is their automated system.

From what I saw on line so far they do take small tree branches right? Cut limbs off about 1-3 inch thick, and cut branches even more to mostly small limbs/branches. Should be good or am I wrong?
