It is actually a very serious issue for dog owners. Immigration policy has nothing to do with MD, well, except the fact that we now treat illegal aliens as legal citizens now thanks to OMalley. And I give up on ever seeing a budget actually pass that is half way decent, so I am glad that they actually passed something and earned my tax dollars for 10mins of work.

You don't seem to understand that they don't want to cut any budgets or run out any illegals, why fix something you don't see as broke.
