GARY, IND. — Actor Ed Asner experienced difficulty speaking during his one-man show Tuesday and cut short his performance, according to a media report.

Asner, 83, was taken by ambulance from the Marquette Pavilion, where he was performing in the sold-out show “FDR,” according to a report by suntimes.com. A report on his condition was not immediately available.
