this came around a while back, and was blocked, but I suspect unless it gets a lot more visibility, it will fly through this time. And no, it's not as big a deal as other things going on, but should be a poster child for the smaller govt crowd.
If the Xmas tree companies want to buy an damn ad campaign, go buy one. forcing Larry, were he to grow and sell trees, to pay money to the fed so the fed can then hand it over to a private group to buy advertising is just stupid.
