No Use for Donk Twits
If we did what you propose, most teaching administrators would be out of a job.
We need more TEACHERS, not administrators. When I was in high school, we had two guidance counselors, not one for every class.
We didn't need a Safety Officer/Probation Officer to check up on every kid on probation. If we had one, they sure has hell didn't have a nose ring! Or a slut stamp! (Westlake, 2001)
I can identify with young folks (sometimes) but do I need tats upside my back and piercings to do so??
