Why do liberals think black people to stupid to get an ID?

Two things -

1. The laws the GOP do not discriminate against any minority - only that they require the same level of identification they need to do just about anything else.
Think of it this way - if the polls are so poorly managed, it means ANYONE can cheat - including those AWFUL Republicans.

2. Maybe Mr. Doonesbury would care to tell us all who it was that gave us Jim Crow in the first place?
