The Union backed lawsuit to overturn Michigan's right to work law was rejected by a 2-1 vote at a second appeal level.

This gives employees the choice of whether to pay union dues and fees or not.

"Hey, we want you to join our Union!"
"Really? What's in it for me?"
"We gave you the 40 hour work week!"
"Yeah? The guy you backed with Union member's funds gave us a 27 hour work week! Eff-off."

Comparing this to o-care? If so, why?

Well, if I have the right to NOT join and thus, not pay, a union, then, it would seem to flow, naturally, to some sort of mystic right to not have to purchase a product or service if I chose not to.
