Gansler Campaign Launches Pre-Annoucement Video via Twitter

Silver Spring, MD - Attorney General Douglas Gansler today released his Maryland Gubernatorial campaign launch video via Twitter in advance of the official announcement on Tuesday, September 24th of his campaign for Governor of Maryland. The tweet is the first video launch of its kind in Maryland.

Campaign Manager Matthew Arnold said, "This video is about hearing from the people who have been touched by Doug's long record of hard work and commitment to protecting all Marylanders. Today marks the beginning of a robust multimedia campaign to share Doug's positive vision and ideas with folks across the state."

The video titled "Maryland Proud" highlights Gansler's accomplishments for the people of Maryland, including the establishment of community based programs in Baltimore, his commitment to aid victims of domestic violence, his leadership in promoting marriage equality, and the fight for consumer rights and protections against corporate special interests and healthcare fraud.

The video was released on Twitter and is available on the campaign's website, Facebook, and other social media platforms and will be emailed to supporters of the Gansler for Maryland campaign.
