My sister recommended this book to me. It's long, it was written in the '40s and it's the life story of a girl in the 1600s. I'm half way through and I'm so hooked. If I could spend the entire day reading this book, I wouldn't put it down. Has anyone else read this? I'm sure it's not for everyone, but to me it's just interesting.

This long and I finally finished the book today, was really disappointed with the ending. Good book though, just wish it had ended in a blaze of glory.

I'm going to google tomorrow and see if there was a sequel, the way it ended, there should be. Was a really good story.
