An Iranian doctor says, "In my country medicine is so advanced that we can take out one's kidney, put it in someone else, and he'll be looking for work in 6 weeks!"
A German doctor then says, "That's NOTHING! In my country we can take out a man's testicles, put them in another man and he'll be looking for work in 4 weeks!"
An Ethiopian doctor then says, "That ain't NOTHING compared to us! In my country, we can take half of a heart out of someone, put it in another person, and he'll be looking for work in 2 weeks!"
Finally, an American doctor then says, "Not to be outdone, but you guys are WAY BEHIND!!!!! We recently took a man with no brain, no heart, and no balls out of KENYA and put him in the white house for 8 years! Now the WHOLE COUNTRY is looking for work!!!!
