This thread is sad in so many ways.

This is where we could learn some lessons from the Middle East. If they would start cutting the hands off of thieves then they would not be able to steal or do drugs because there is no way to smoke a crack pipe or shoot heroin without hands. OK, maybe they would find a way but it would still make it more difficult.
