I actually think that he's trying to do what he really wants to do; what his handlers like Ayers programmed him to do: Fundamentally change this country and our role in the world at large. Barry wants the US to become a larger version of Belgium or other highly socialized countries that can afford nothing else beyond their crushing social expenditures incurred making sure everyone is equally cared for.
