My oil company well, not mine the one I got moved into using. Nice on oil delivery first off. However not so great on regular service to furnace. Nice thing today. My furnace just takes off some times. Did it a few times last year. Only when on oil, not heat pump. I suddenly realize it is warmer than heck in the house or would come home to an 80 degree temp. Only thing that worked was to shut it down and restart. Did it again this year. They said today they could be out tomorrow or the next day. Guy is here. Mystery so far, but I had bought a new thermostat just in case. Same make, but a bit different in some things. So he is putting that in now. I just was not sure of some settings and wiring, duel heat pump thing.
