No, not steroids, juice from fruits and veggies.
I watched "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" last night so now I'm on a new food bandwagon. It's always cool to watch horribly obese and physically ill people transform their lives and get their health back. When someone goes from 400+ lbs and a host of medical problems to running a half marathon, it is amazing and inspiring.
I eat a lot of veggies anyway, not so much fruit because....I don't know, just because. But I want to start drinking my nutrients and see what happens. Probably won't do a total fast/reboot, more like one protein meal a day and the rest juice. I can give up pretty much any food except for eggs, roast chicken, and coffee, and there's no sense in torturing myself.
I'm going out to buy my juicer and fixin's today!
So has anyone done this? If so, what was/is your experience?
