NO it is the fault of the Iraqi's who allow this to happen to their own country. They didn't want us there, they wouldn't agree to our demands to stay there, we left. The place went to Hell in a hand-basket. Enjoy it and hope you have fun cleaning it up. Don't like the way the US does business? Next time call Russia, see how you make out with them. There is no possible way where any number of Iraqi's is worth one drop of American blood. No way no how.
