Price to to turn over soil or plow my 1/2 acre yard?

It's time to turn over the yard to plant some green manure so I can have a bigger and better garden next year. The deer defeated me in May this year .

Can anyone quote me a price to turn over the soil to a depth of 4 to 12 inches in the next couple weeks? While possible with my rototiller, it would be too daunting to consider. Any tips on companies that do this would be appreciated. If there is a help wanted area on this site that this would be more appropriate to post this, please let me know.
