You would think so. Even with missing 0's, that only makes it 200,000. That's some typo, and the mortgage is only $8/mo.!

Definitely a rental.
Zillow is getting as bad as craigslist and apartment finder for scams. Franklymls.com doesn't even have that house listed, so it's been off the market for awhile.
