NYPD saves choking victim

A New York City police officer saved a female motorist choking on a throat lozenge and the dramatic rescue on a busy Bronx highway was captured on the officer's dash cam.

The video shows Highway Patrol Police Officer Gregory Zakoscielny following a 2014 Ford Taurus that slows down and stops in the right hand lane on the Bronx River Parkway Wednesday afternoon.

The NYPD, which posted the video on its Facebook page Friday, says Zakoscielny got out of his vehicle and immediately noticed the driver, a 49-year-old woman, was having difficulty breathing and holding her throat.

Chrisolyn probably believes the officer first pulled the lady over, turned off the camera, beat her senseless, forced the lozenge down her throat with his nightstick, turned the camera back on, then did the maneuver to save her life, all in a effort to create a positive public relations video of the police in action.

Hijinx GRUPS, Gilligan, BOP and Mamatutu believe the office did all the above on the direct orders of President Obama. Mr. Obama was told to manufacture this situation after receiving a phone call from the devil himself.

When the 'victim' can speak, you don't do a Heimlich maneuver. It can cause more damage and the increased intra-abdominal pressure will not dislodge something partially stuck in the throat. The cop was wrong, although the video is exciting to those who know no better.

Sal should stick with murdering household appliances in the front yard.
