I need help finding a cross reference study guide. I was watching a video on youtube that had words in the scriptures highlighted (blue text), and if you clicked on the blue text, it would bring up the translations in the Strongs Concordance. Does this tool sound familiar to anyone? I'd like to get it, but I'm not having any luck finding it.

My mistake. I found a couple online Bibles that use it but haven't found a standalone concordance.

Here's one: http://www.sacrednamebible.com/kjvstrongs/index2.htm

There is also available for Apple platforms through the App store. There is a full version for $4.99 or a lite version for free. Edit: Actually there are several in the app store for various prices.

Thanks! That's very similar. I also think I may have found it, now I just need to make an account and see if I can figure it out.

Nelson, Scofield, Ryrie - I have all three, with Nelson, which goes very in depth, my favorite. Vines Complete Expository Dictionary and Strongs Concise Concordance are terrific help with words in the original languages and biblical context, and where to find them in the Bible.

I like going here:

http://www.eliyah.com/lexicon.html

You can search a word or a Strong's number and it will take to the Blue Letter Bible that Hessian referenced above. But it will give you every instance of that word in the bible. Then clicking on that word in the Blue Letter Bible will give you the definition and Hebrew or Greek translation of that word.

Aside from websites, there are various Bible apps with similar resources that you can download onto your iPad/Android tablet or phone as well. That way you can use it in church or bible study. One that I have on my iPad is the Glow Bible, and it's free.

Nice. Never saw that one before, and have already placed it in my bookmarks. Thanks.

I found the site I was looking for. It's biblestudytools.com. I'll also look at all of your suggestions. Thanks for the suggestions!

This is my verse for today.....

Fear not, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name, you are Mine. Isaiah 43:1

I'm meeting with a surgical oncologist at Johns Hopkins tomorrow morning. I'm dreading next week's chemo and the meeting with the surgical oncologist.... but I am not afraid.

Deuteronomy 31:6 “ …Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you

Be strong. Keep us posted.
